Strawberry salad

- 200 g mixed lettuce
- 200 g strawberries
- 30 g herbs

Wash the lettuce, strawberries, and herbs. Spin the lettuce and herbs dry. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stalk from the strawberries and halve.

- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp mustard
- 30 g olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying. For the dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the leaf lettuce on a large plate, top with strawberries and generously drizzle all with dressing. Garnish with the herbs and sunflower seeds. And there you go! Enjoy making the salad!
