"A quick, super seasonal salad using lettuces and herbs from my mom's garden. For the mixed herbs, you can use any "soft" herbs, but in this case I used mint, garden cress, salad burnet, dill, chickweed, borage flowers, pea shoots, and cornflowers. If you can not get these special herbs, chervil, parsley, and chives also work well."

    Wash the lettuce, strawberries, and herbs. Spin the lettuce and herbs dry. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stalk from the strawberries and halve.
