- 90 ml active dry yeast
- 60 g Melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 bag active dry yeast
- 1 strip lemon zest
- 20 g brown sugar

Mix all the ingredients, leave it to double for 1 hour, and then make small rolls, that you spread on the table with a little flour. Put them in a pan and let them become brown.
