Tahini Cookies

stand mixer with dough hook, baking pan, oven
Step 1/6
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (350*f)
Step 2/6
- ⅛ cup tahini
- ⅛ cup sugar
- 8 g butter
- ⅛ cups flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ¾ g vanilla sugar
- stand mixer with dough hook
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl (except for the nuts or almonds). Mix until all of the ingredients are combined completely and form a consistent dough

Form dough into little balls and squash them down onto a baking pan
Step 4/6
Optional: add almonds on top of each cookie.
Step 5/6

Bake for 20 mins until the cookies are a golden color
