NYC’s best Levain Bakery Cookies
Ingredients

Rubber spatula, Whisk,  Sifter
Step 1/14
- ⅛ cup Unsalted butter
Dice room temperature unsalted butter into small dices.
Step 2/14
- Rubber spatula
Soften the butter.
Step 3/14
- 1 tbsp White sugar
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Add white and brown sugar.
Step 4/14
- Whisk
Mix well.
Step 5/14
- ⅓ Egg
Add one egg and whisk well.
Step 6/14
- ¼ cup All purpose flour
- ⅛ cup Cake flour
- ½ tsp Corn starch
- ½ tsp Baking powder
Prepare all the dry ingredients in another bowl.

-  Sifter
Sift into the butter mixture.

- Rubber spatula
Mix well until you don’t see any powder.
Step 9/14
- ⅛ cup Walnuts
- ⅛ cup Pecans
Add walnuts and pecans.

- ⅛ cup Milk chocolate
- ⅛ cup Dark chocolate
Add milk and dark chocolates.

- Rubber spatula
Mix well.
Step 12/14
Place the dough on a cookie sheet.

Add some more chocolate chips if you would like.

Bake at 395F preheated oven for 15 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes.
