Chocolate cupcakes

- 10 g flour
- 3⅓ g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ pinch salt

Preheat oven to 350 F (177 C). In bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt

- ¼ eggs
- 10 g caster sugar
- 10 g light brown sugar
- 8⅞ ml vegetable oil
- 12¼ ml whole milk

In separate bowl wisk eggs, sugars and oil until combined. Separately mix together milk with yogurt
Step 3/4
Finally, pour half of the egg-sugar mixture and half of the milk mixture into bowl with dry ingredients and whisk. Then add other half and whisk all just until combine. Do not over-mix

Fill cups to half by the mixture and bake for 12 min. Your cupcakes are ready then. You can add frosting, chocolate or eat them plain, all good.
