Step 1/8
- 1 tbsp yeast dough
- 50 ml water
- 1 tsp sugar
put the yeast and worm water and 1 spoon of suger and wait untill fermenrtation activate

- 500 g flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp milk powder
put the dry ingradients together and mix
Step 3/8
- 500 ml milk
- 10 tbsp cream
put the milk with cream on heat untill get worm
Step 4/8
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
mix all ingradient together and add oil .. and mix the dough will untill be hadable and soft
Step 5/8
leave it to rest for 1 to 2 hours in worm place
Step 6/8
cut it in small ball and put them in tray and leave it to rest again for 30 min
Step 7/8
put in oven in middle roof for 10 min in 230 degree C and open the top heat to get red surface
