Spinach crêpes
Step 1/6
- 800 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 400 g flour
Mix the milk, flour and 2 eggs in a large bowl untill it turns to a smooth mixture.
Step 2/6
Fry the dough as if you would fry pancakes, make it only thinner and wider on the sides.
Step 3/6
- 500 g spinach
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
Cut garlic, spinach and mix it together. Season it with a little bit of salt.
Step 4/6
Stuff the crêpes with the spinach mixture and put it in a tall roaster.
Step 5/6
- 100 g cheese
- 1 egg
Pour the egg on crêpes and grate on the cheese. Let it bake on 180°C for about 1 hour, until the top of the dish is nice and brown.
