Step 1/4
- ¼ l almond milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 g short grain rice
bring the milk with the salt to boil. add the rice and continue cooking on low heat for 15 minutes. switch off the stove and let the rice cool for 15 minutes.
Step 2/4
- 250 g apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
wash the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. add the lemon juice, cinnamon and 25 grams of the sugar.
Step 3/4
- 2 eggs
- 25 g butter vegetables
- lemon zest
- 1 package vanilla sugar
separate the eggs. beat the egg whites with vanilla sugar until whipped. proceed whipping the yolks with the rest of the sugar and the lemon zest.
Step 4/4
preheat the oven to 180 degrees. mix the rice with the apples and the yolk mixture. fold in the beaten egg whites. fill everything into a casserole form, put into the oven and bake for 45 minutes until golden.
