Chicken Salad.
Ingredients
Step 1/8
- 500 g chicken breasts
Cook the chicken breast in water and set aside to let cool.
Step 2/8
- 2 medium potatoes
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and cook in water until it’s soft ( 8-10 minutes). Don’t overcook it.
Step 3/8
- 2 medium carrots
The same way as the potatoes, cut the carrots into small cubes and cook in water until it’s soft (10-12 minutes). Don’t overcook it.
Step 4/8
- 5 small pickles
Cut the pickles into small cubes.
Step 5/8
Cut the cooked and cooled chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 6/8
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. ( already cut chicken breast, carrots, potatoes, pickles, sweet peas, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 7/8
Add the quark and mix everything well and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 8/8
Decorate with some parsley and enjoy!
