Oreo Cookies

Step 1/4

• 220 g sugar
• 170 g butter
• ½ tsp salt

salt, sugar and butter mixen until omogeneus

Step 2/4

• 1 egg
• 20 ml water
• 180 g flour
• 70 g black cocoa powder

mix egg, water, cocoa and flour

Step 3/4

mix the two togheter and make thin Cookies on bakepaper

Step 4/4

cook in a preheated oven at 170°C for 18-20 minutes (try them and test them to find how you like them )
