baking powder
75 ml
vegetable oil
250 ml
plant milk
  • Step 1/4

    Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and and line a muffin tray.

  • Step 2/4

    • 250 g flour
    • 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 150 g sugar
    • 16 g baking powder
    • 75 ml vegetable oil
    • 250 ml plant milk

    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in the oil and plant milk. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.

  • Step 3/4

    Chop the chocolate into chunks, add 2/3 to the batter and fold in.

  • Step 4/4

    Scoop the batter into the tray. Use the remaining chocolate chunks to top the muffins with. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
