No-fuss cheese board

Step 1/4
- 1 Goat cheese log
- ½ cup almond
- 3 tbsp pepper
- baking sheet

Grind half of the nuts in a blender. Transfer into a baking sheet and combine with coarsely ground black pepper (you can skip nuts and just use pepper/spices). Roll the log of goat cheese onto the mixture and dust off excess.
Step 2/4
- 1 Brie cheese
- ⅓ cup Gouda cheese
- ⅓ cup White cheddar
On a small-medium board (33cm*20cm), cut and place cheeses randomly and evenly spaced out.
Step 3/4
- ⅓ stalk green grape
- ⅔ stalk red grape
- ⅓ cup Bing cherries
Add fruits in the same manner. You could substitute with your favourites - black berries, blueberries and figs are great on a cheese board.
Step 4/4
- 10 crackers
- ¼ apple
- 10 thins (chip-like crackers)
Slice 1/4 of an apple and place decoratively along with the remainder of almonds, crackers, thins or your choice of savory biscuits.
