Kashmiri chillies

Peeled and chopped ginger

cumin seed

coriander seed
½ stick
cinnamon
½ tsp
ground turmeric4 cloves
Garlic
1¼ fl oz
oil
1½ leaves
Bay leaves
1 lbs
chicken breast strips
½ pinch
Salt
Step 1/3
- 5 Kashmiri chillies
- ½ Peeled and chopped ginger
- 1 Medium onions chopped
- 1½ Medium tomato chopped
- ¼ tsp cumin seed
- ½ tsp coriander seed
- ½ stick cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 4 cloves Garlic
Put all these ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth paste
Step 2/3
- 1¼ fl oz oil
- 1½ leaves Bay leaves
Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and gently fry for 1 minute. Then add paste and stir for 3 minutes
Step 3/3
- 1 lbs chicken breast strips
- ½ pinch Salt
Add chicken and 1 cup water if you want more gravy. Add salt to taste
