Keto salmon with nuts, salad and dressing

Step 1/3
- 200 g salmon fillets
- 100 g pistachios
- 100 g walnuts
- 4 heads lemons
- mustard
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- butter
Prep the salmon with salt, pepper. Slice a lemon to 4 pieces. On a pan with butter put the lemon and the salmon - for 1 minute on a side. Crush the walnuts, pistachio. With the lemons sliceced skin and juice mix some mustard. Add this mix with the nuts and some olive oil to the salmon. Put it in the oven (140 degrees of celsiuc air vented) for 25 minutes.

- 200 g baby spinach
On a pan with butter cook the baby spinach until it collapses
Step 3/3
- 80 g sour cream
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g cucumbers
- 1 head onion
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 1 tbsp basil
Mix the mayo with sour cream, sliced cucumber, sliced onion, lemons sliced skin and juice, a small portion of olive oil, basil, tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix it well
