Fish Pie

Step 1/7
- ¾ kg potatoes
- 37½ g butter
- 162½ ml milk
- potato masher
Peel, chop and boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash with 50 g of the butter and 75ml milk and leave it to cool
Step 2/7
- ½ onion
- ½ leek
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
Chop the onions and the leek and fry them for 5 minutes in hot olive oil
Step 3/7
- 75 g spinach
- ½ pinch sweet paprika powder
Add the spinach and stir for two more minutes and put the mixture aside adding the paprika
Step 4/7
- 250 g Fish pie mix
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ pinch Black pepper
Melt the rest of the butter and stir in the fish mixture add the salt and pepper. In a different pan boil the 250ml milk and gently pour over the fish mix and cook for 5 minutes
Step 5/7
Put the fish mix and the leek mixture in a baking dish with all the juice
Step 6/7
Cover with the mashed potatoes
Step 7/7
- 37½ g cheddar cheese
Put some grated cheese on top and bake it for 35 minutes at 180- 200 degrees
