unsweetened shredded coconut
cups
Dairy free coconut condensed milk (2 containers)
cups
Dark chocolate
tbsp
coconut oil
Handful of almonds (optional)

  • Step 1/2

    In a large bowl combine the 2 containers of condensed milk and coconut shavings. Mix it all together until it can be shaped. Once you have the right texture form them into bite sized pieces. Put all the pieces on a baking tray and place them in the freezer for 45 min. (Add the almonds in top of the coconut pieces before putting them in the freezer).

    • cups Dark chocolate
    • tbsp coconut oil

    Add the chocolate and the coconut oil into a bowl and microwave it for 1 minute. Once the chocolate is melted dip the frozen coconut mixture into it until fully covered. Leave the mixture in the fridge or freezer. Ready to eat once the chocolate hardens.
