Blueberries Banana Bread

Preheat the oven at 180 grade Celsius.
Step 2/8
- 125 g butter (room temperature)
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
In a large bowl, combine 125 grams of room temperature soft butter with 250 grams powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.

- 3 eggs (large)
Add three eggs one by one and mix until you have good composition and the eggs are well blended.
Step 4/8
- 3 mashed banana
Add three mashed bananas and mix again.

- 250 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Combine in a separate medium bowl 250 grams of white flour with 1 tablespoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the flour over the egg composition. Beat slowly until moist.
Step 6/8
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp starch
Place 200 grams of blueberries in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of starch or white flour and toss to coat. Gently fold blueberries into the batter.
Step 7/8
Spoon batter into the tray. Press additional blueberries into the top of the batter. Bake the blueberries banana bread at 180 grade Celsius for about 40 - 50 minutes or until ready.
