chopped walnut

Step 1/6
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease/line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Step 2/6
- ½ bananas
Mash the banana.
Step 3/6
- ½ tbsp butter
- ⅛ tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ eggs
- whisk
Whisk in the eggs, melted butter and vanilla.
Step 4/6
- 18¾ g almond flour
- 6¼ g coconut flour
- ⅛ Monk fruit sweetener
- ⅛ tsp Bicarbonate soda
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, monk fruit, spices, baking powder and bicarbonate soda.

- ¼ scoop chopped walnut
Finally, fold in the walnuts.
Step 6/6
Bake for 45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
