- 360 g tofu
- 1 tbsp Tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Cut the tofu into bite sized pieces and coat them with 1 tsp of sesame oil, tamari sauce and cornstarch. Cook them in the oven for 10 minutes, turn them, and then put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 3/5

While the tofu is baking start to cook the noodles according to the package.
Step 4/5

When the noodles are ready drain them and pass them under cold water. Remove the garlic from the wok and add the noodles. Let them simmer in the peas while stirring for 1/2 minutes. When the tofu is ready add it to the wok and then add the sauce and garnish.
