apple cinnamon muffins
Ingredients

- ⅛ tbsp flour (for coating)
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
- ⅛ apple
Peel the apple and dice it. Coat in flour and cinnamon and set the apples aside.

- ⅛ cup margarine
- ⅛ banana
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ cup oat milk
Melt margarine and let it cool. In the meanwhile mash the banana and add oat milk & vanilla extract. Whisk, then add melted margarine and whisk again.

- ⅓ cups flour
- ⅓ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cups sugar
Combine all dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and gently fold together. Add diced apples and fold into the batter.
Step 4/5
Preheat oven to 425F (210C). Line a muffin tray. Fill the muffin liners with batter until all batter is distributed equally.
Step 5/5
Bake the muffins at 425F (210C) for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 375F (190C) and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
