brown butter chocolate chip cookies

2 ovens, rubber spatula, nonstick pan, 3 stand mixers with paddles, knife, plastic wrap

preheat the oven to 350 degrees

- 1 stick brown butter
- rubber spatula
- nonstick pan
using a pan, brown the butter, stirring consistently

- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- stand mixer with paddle
add into the browned butter, and mix until it turns a lighter color, and is creamy

- 1½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 dashes salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- stand mixer with paddle
add the dry ingredients, and mix on low

- 1 bar dark chocolate
- knife
chop the chocolate bar into medium to small sized pieces

- 1 cup milk chocolate chip
- stand mixer with paddle
add the dark and milk chocolate into the dough, and mix on medium speed

- plastic wrap
cover dough with plastic wrap, and place in fridge for an hour

take dough out of the fridge, and scoop into even, spaced balls, and cook in the oven until they look cooked a good amount

when done, take the cookies out of the oven, and enjoy!
