Vegan chocolate pudding

Step 1/4
- ¼ cup Vegan cocoa powder
- ¾ cups Almond milk (or any dairy free milk)
- ⅝ cups Organic sugar (to make sure it’s vegan)
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- ⅜ tbsp coconut oil

Put all of the ingredients inside a medium sized saucepan, and set over medium heat. Mix regularly until the mixture gets a denser consistency, about 10 minutes

Remove from heat and transfer the mixture into small ramekins. It should cover at least five of them

Let them cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, and then set on the fridge for another 2:30 hours so it can set properly
Step 4/4
Before serving, decorate them with your favorite toppings! I personally used crushed oreos (they’re vegan!) and some flowers so it looks like a mini flower pot, perfect for the kids in the house!
