    finely dice the onion, mince garlic and ginger, and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

    • 200 g canned sweet corn
    • 200 g baby spinach
    • ½ zucchini
    • 2 flat mushroom
    • 1 bell pepper
    • ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • chili flakes
    • smoked paprika powder
    • salt
    • pepper

    Add garlic and ginger. After a minute add the rest of the vegetables and season to taste.
