- 26 g tahini
- 6 g sesame oil
- 26 g sugar
- ¼ egg
- ¼ tsp instant coffee powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅜ tsp milk

Heat the oven to 180 C. and prepare an springform pan. In a bowl, add the tahini, sesame oil, sugar, egg, coffee powder, salt and milk. Whisk until well combined.

- 45 g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sugar (for sprinkling)
- ¼ tsp white sesame seed (for sprinkling)
- ¼ tsp black sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
- 20 g rosé wine
- sieve
- rubber spatula
Sift half of the flour over the batter followed by half of the wine and mix well. Fold in the remaining flour, wine, and both baking agents. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and level the surface. Sprinkle evenly with sugar, white and black sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 min. until golden on top and the cake tester inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool on a rack before serving. Enjoy!
