Orange chocolate cake
Ingredients

- Œ tbsp more sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a deep dish, preferably Pyrex with a diameter of 20-22 cm. Sprinkle a spoonful of sugar on it and shake the bowl until it is well coated.

- â cup white sugar
- 12œ g cream cheese
- 12œ g Butter
Mix the softened butter, cheese and sugar together with an electric or hand mixer.

- Ÿ Eggs
Then add the eggs. Stir for a minute or two.
Step 4/9
- Ÿ Large (blood) oranges
Now add zest of one orange along with the juice of two other oranges to the mixture .

- œ cups all purpose flour
- â tsp Baking powder
Mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the mixture .
Step 6/9
Then cut the orange peel into thin slices. Put it in the dish.
Step 7/9
Now pour half of the ingredients on the oranges.
Step 8/9
- 50 g dark chocolate
Then put the pieces of chocolate on the mixture and pour the rest of the mixture on the chocolates.
Step 9/9
Depends on your oven,cook for 45 to 55 minutes. Then let it cool and place serving dish over the top. Carefully flip it upside down. Now enjoy it!
