Roasted sunflower seeds salted
canola oil (for thickening)
4 tbsp
roasted, salted pumpkin seeds
1 tsp
nutritional yeast

Utensils

food processor, blender, spatula

  • Step 1/4

    • 2 cup Roasted sunflower seeds salted
    • 4 tbsp roasted, salted pumpkin seeds
    • food processor
    • blender

    Add seeds to food processor or blend and blend while scraping down sides

  • Step 2/4

    • canola oil (for thickening)

    Add oil until desired consistency while blending

  • Step 3/4

    • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
    • spatula

    Mix in nutritional yeast

  • Step 4/4

    Seal in a airtight container and put in refrigerator

  • Enjoy your meal!
