pickled cabbage and carrots (grated)

broccoli sprouts

salt and pepper to taste
Step 1/4
- 10 ml olive oil
- ⅔ tsp mustard
- ⅔ tbsp red pesto
- ⅔ tbsp lemon juice
- 133⅓ g minced meat (lean beef)
Combine the minced meat, olive oil, red pesto, mustard, lemon juice In a small bowl and mix well.
Step 2/4
- ⅔ tbsp capers
- ⅔ garden redish (small cubes)
- ⅔ tbsp chives (chopped)
- ⅔ tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1⅓ tbsp pickled cabbage and carrots (grated)
- 1⅓ tbsp onion (small cubes)
Add already cut onion, redish, capers, pickles, chopped cilantro and chives. Mix everything together.
Step 3/4
- 26⅔ g broccoli sprouts
Sprinkle broccoli sprouts on bread slices.
Step 4/4
Top with the mixture. Garnish with some cilantro and enjoy!
