Soy Pasta With Vegetables

- ½ lb whole weat pasta

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.

- 2½ leaves lettuce
- 1 carrots
- 1 cucumbers
- 6 black olives
- 1 red beet (optional)
- fine grater
- cutting board
- knife
Grate the carrots and cucumbers. Chop the olives, the lettuce leaves and the beets.

Put the choped ingredients in a large bowl. Add the pasta.

- 2 fl oz lemon juice
- 2 fl oz soy sauce
- 1 fl oz olive oil
- ½ tbsp honey
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ginger
To prepare the dressing, mix in a small bowl: lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, pepper, salt, ginger and garlic powder.

- ½ pinch sesame seed (for serving)
Mix with the dressing. Toss walnuts and sesame seeds. Bon Appétit!
