lemon sorbet
50 ml
Aperol
150 ml
sweet vermouth
1 tbsp
lime juice
2 tbsp
orange juice
2 slices
orange slices
2 leaves
basil

  • Step 1/3

    • 8 tbsp lemon sorbet

    Divide lemon sorbet into two cocktail glasses.

  • Step 2/3

    • 50 ml Aperol
    • 150 ml sweet vermouth
    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • 2 tbsp orange juice

    Mix aperol, vermouth, lime juice and orange juice. Blend them well and pour into glasses.

  • Step 3/3

    • 2 slices orange slices
    • 2 leaves basil

    Decorate with a slice of lemon and fresh basil leaf.
