Blackberry and Elderflower Gin Liqeur
9 fl oz
Raspberry and Rhubarb Seltzer
Frozen Raspberry icecubes
ice cubes (for serving)
Utensils
ice cube tray, cocktail shaker, cocktail strainer
Step 1/6
- ice cube tray
To make the Frozen Raspberry ice cubes: place the raspberries in an ice tray and fill them with water and freeze.
Step 2/6
- Frozen Raspberry icecubes
- ice cubes (for serving)
Fill 2 glasses with ice.
Step 3/6
- 3 fl oz Blackberry and Elderflower Gin Liqeur
- cocktail shaker
In a cocktail shake, add the Gin.
Step 4/6
- 9 fl oz Raspberry and Rhubarb Seltzer
Add the Seltzer.
Step 5/6
Give a little shake.
Step 6/6
- cocktail strainer
Strain the cocktail to a glass filled with ice cubes and frozen raspberry ice cubes.
