Step 1/4
- ¼ kg Shrimps
- ¾ cloves garlic
- frying pan
In the first step we fry the minced garlic cloves and add the shrimps to the pan for a half cook
Step 2/4
- ⅜ tbsp flour
After we finish the first step we remove the shrimps and add the flour mix it well with the leftovers of the garlic and the shrimps after that we add a cup of boiled water to the mix and stir it well until it forms a soup consistency
Step 3/4
- 40 g lemons
- ⅜ package Cooking cream
- ⅜ pinch salt
- ⅜ package oyster sauce
- ⅜ pinch ginger
We then add the cooking cream and the lemon juice to the mixture. With salt to taste and a pinch of ginger powder and the oyster sauce and will leave it to cook for 10 mins
Step 4/4
- 2 strips Crab sticks
- ¾ tbsp dill
After that, we will add the half cooked shrimps and the crab sticks after we chopped them into cubes and the dill on top for decorations
