Sausage pepper and rice skillet
Ingredients
Step 1/9
- 125 g rice
- 1½ bell peppers
- ½ onion
- 2 sausage like Krakauer or silesian sausage
- ½ handful of cherry tomatoes
Boil the rice. Prepare the vegetables and cut them into dices. Cut the sausage in pieces. Heat some oil in the pan and fry the peppers and onion for about 5 minutes on a medium heat.

- salt, pepper, paprika, garlic granules , chili
Season it with paprika and garlic granules and stir well
Step 3/9
Add the sausages and fry for another minute

- 2½ tbsp tomato purée
Add the tomato purée and fry everything over a high heat.

Season with salt, pepper and chili
Step 6/9
- 125 ml broth
Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 7/9
Add the rice and mix everything very well. Season again
Step 8/9
Add now the cherry tomatoes and stir them in
Step 9/9
If you like you can garnish with some parsley and serve with a nice fresh bread
