2 scoop
protein powder
2 tsp
baking powder
½ tsp
salt
2 tbsp
crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp
chia seed
160 ml
soy milk
6 tsp
cream cheese2 tbsp
almond (for garnish)2 tsp
honey (for garnish)nonstick cooking spray (for frying)
Step 1/4
- 2 scoop protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 160 ml soy milk
mix all the dough ingredients untill smooth and thick
Step 2/4
- nonstick cooking spray (for frying)
on a sprayed non-stick pan pour 1 portion of pancakes. and flip when it's brown and bubbles appear on the top.
Step 3/4
- 6 tsp cream cheese
on each layer spread 1 tsp of cream cheese and some peach slices and top it with another layer of pancakes
Step 4/4
- 2 tbsp almond (for garnish)
- 2 tsp almond (for garnish)
- 2 peach (for garnish)
garnish with honey, almonds and peach slices or any other toppings you like.
