Big Fluffy Pancakes
Ingredients

Step 1/4
- 50 g flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 10 g sugar

Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a big bowl, using a whisk. It’s best if you use powdered sugar, but that is entirely your choice :)
Step 2/4
- ⅜ eggs
- 80 ml milk
- 10 g butter

After you have mixed the dry ingredients, it’s time to add the milk, eggs and butter. It’s best to mix with a spatula, but that is entirely your choice.
Step 3/4
- 20 ml sparkling water
- ¼ tsp rum extract
Lastly, you need to add your sparkling water and your rum extract, but you can also use vanilla, whatever it is that you enjoy! This step is very important, as you have to make sure that everything is perfectly mixed and you have an even texture.
Step 4/4

Place your frying pan onto the stove/ oven at any heat of your desire, and then add some oil. Use one ladle worthy of batter for each pancake, and don’t forget to flip them. I usually let them sit 1 minute on medium heat, but that is entirely your preference! Repeat this step until you have finished your batter! Let them cool/ chill for a little bit and enjoy!
