Peanut Butter Bars

- ¼ sheets graham crackers (for thickening)
- ⅛ lb confectioner’s sugar
- 1⅛ oz creamy peanut butter
- ⅛ bars butter
- bowl
- rubber spatula
- blender
- microwave
Melt the butter, ground the graham crackers, and then add all ingredients in a bowl. Stir till they are all firm together like a thick dough but make sure that there are no clumps of sugar or graham cracker

Lay the thick dough out on a cookie sheet and spread to the edges. Then set in the fridge for the next step for a quick chill

- ⅛ lb chocolate
- saucepan
While the cookie sheet is being chilled melt the chocolate. Then retrieve the cookie sheet and spread the melted chocolate on the top of the flattened out mixture.

Let chocolate harden then cut into preferred size bars
