Mushroom linguine
Ingredients

- 125 g brown mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
Cut mushrooms and garlic
Step 2/7
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 25 g butter
- frying pan
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil and butter
Step 3/7
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Fry the mushrooms and garlic until brown while adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

- 200 g linguine
Add your pasta in boiling water along with salt
Step 5/7
- 150 ml wine
Meanwhile add the wine to the mushrooms and let the alcohol evaporate
Step 6/7
When pasta is done put in the pan and combine with the mushrooms. Add a bit of the pasta water
Step 7/7
- 1 pinch Parmesan cheese
Serve with some cheese of your choice and parsley ( optional)
