Meatloaf with carrots

- 1 carrots
- ¼ onion
- frying pan
Fry grated carrots and chopped onion on olive oil or butter in a pan until soft and golden
Step 2/6
- 250 g mixed ground meat
- 1 eggs
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Mix ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs together
Step 3/6
- black pepper
- salt
Add fried carrots and onions to the mixture, add pinch of sald and pepper
Step 4/6
- thyme
Form a loaf and add it to the baking tray on a baking paper. Garnish with thyme
Step 5/6
Put it to the heated oven to 180 celsius degrees for an 1-1.5 hours until golden
