Cut the kiwi in half. Another way to cut a kiwi is to cut off the ends. Peel carefully with a paring knife. You can also use a vegetable peeler to peel the kiwi. Cut off the ends afterwards. Cut the kiwi into wedges and remove the core. Cut into thin slices. You can also finely dice the kiwi. Cut off leftover flesh from the core and place it on a plate. Enjoy!
