"Tacos are one of my all time favorite foods and I love to come up with my own variations. They are great for any day of the week (not just Tuesdays) and I came up with this recipe to bring in bright citrus notes but still keep it simple with some of staple ingredients you find in a great taco. It is a super simple weeknight dinner and tastes absolutely delicious!"
