Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Add coconut oil to stand mixer

Add coconut sugar to stand mixer and mix together

After well combined, add vanilla extract

And the best part, add the peanut butter

- 1 Egg
- 1⅔ cups almond flour
Add your egg, mix. And add you flour

- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt

- ½ cup Chocolate chunks
Combine altogether and add your chocolate chunks

Form dough into 12-13 balls on baking tray

Sprinkle sea salt on top (optional) and place in the oven at 350 for 15 min
