Step 1/6
- 3 cups jasmine rice
- strainer
run 3 cups of rice under water for 1-2 mins until water starts to run clear
Step 2/6
- 4 cups chicken broth
Cook white rice with chicken broth (1 cup more than amount of rice) and allow to chill in fridge for 45 mins
Step 3/6
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup butter
- 1 white onion
- 1 dash ginger
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 drop peanut oil
slowly melt butter at a low heat, adding chopped garlic, chopped onions, ginger, soy sauce, peanut oil, and a dash of sesame oil

stir until fully mixed and thickened
Step 5/6
mix in rice and stir at a high heat until warm
Step 6/6
- 1 green onion
- 1 dash salt
add a dash of salt, chopped green onion, and additional ingredients to taste and preference (egg, peas, carrots, soy sauce, salt, pepper, red and green peppers, etc)
