Easiest bacon sandwich

- 10 slices bacon
- frying pan
- spatula
Add bacon strips to a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry until crispy on both sides, approx. 2-3 min.
Step 2/2
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp sweet mustard
- ketchup (for serving)
- saucepan (small)
In the meantime, butter each slice of bread on one side. Take the bacon out of the pan and place it on one of the slices of bread. Top with another bread slice and add back to the pan. The bacon fat and all the toasty flavours in the pan will absorb into the bread. Fry the sandwich until golden brown on the first side, approx 2 min. Then flip it over and weigh it down with a small saucepan and continue frying until golden brown. Cut crosswise and serve while still warm with sweet mustard. Enjoy!
