Breakfast quiche cups

- ⅛ puff pastry sheet
- 41⅔ g ham
- 16⅔ g cheddar cheese
- ⅞ g chives

Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Grease muffin tin well. Cut the puff pastry into squares and transfer them to the tin. Cube ham and roughly grate cheddar. Slices chives into fine rings.

- 8⅓ ml cream

In a small bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Then add cream, salt, and pepper, and whisk to combine.
Step 3/3
Distribute the cubed ham, cheese, and chives between the muffin cups evenly. Pour egg mixture over the top of each muffin and transfer to the preheated oven. Let bake for approx. 15 min., or until puff pastry is golden brown. Enjoy!
