Double Chocolate Muffin
Step 1/5
Start heating your oven at 180 degrees. Place the muffin papers inside the 12 muffin mold and leave them on the edge.
Step 2/5
- 300 g flour
- 80 g sweetened cocoa powder
- 10 g baking powder
- 5 g vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
In a bowl, blend flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, vanilia powder, salt and baking powder.
Step 3/5
- 250 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 250 ml kefir
- 2 eggs
Put sugar, eggs, melted butter and kefir in your beating bowl. And start beating with the beater. When they mixed, add the dry mixture by sieving and whisking.
Step 4/5
- 150 g bittersweet chocolate
Add parted chocolates (after separating 1/4 cup of water) into the mixture and take care not to mix it too much.
Step 5/5
Portion the mixture out to the muffin sheets to the brim and sprinkle the 1/4 cup of chocolate on them and then place them in the oven. It cooks until it comes out dry when you dip a toothpick in the middle of about 18-21 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
