Crêpes or the perfect thin pancakes

- 200 g milk
- 1⅓ eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ⅔ pinch salt

Put milk, a pinch of salt, sugar into a large bowl, crack 2 eggs and mix well.

- 66⅔ g flour
- whisk
Add flour and mix well.
Step 3/5
- ⅔ tbsp vegetable oil

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the dough (not to add to the pan when frying).

In a well heated pan pour the dough with a ladle, distributing it throughout the pan. Fry +/- 40 seconds on one side and +/- 30 second on the other side (depending on the stove).
