Chocolate and Almond bread
Ingredients
Utensils
2 stand mixers with whisks, fine sieve, loaf pan
Step 1/6
Preheat oven on 170 degrees celcius
Step 2/6
- ¾ eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla powder
- ⅛ cup vegetable oil
- ⅛ cup sugar
- stand mixer with whisk
Mix until it’s light yellow
Step 3/6
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ pinch salt
- ⅓ cups flour
- ⅛ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- fine sieve
Sieve all dry ingredients
Step 4/6
- ⅝ tbsp butter
- ⅛ cup milk
- stand mixer with whisk
1- add dry and wet ingredients together and mix 2- Heat milk & butter until they boil then add to dough mixture
Step 5/6
- loaf pan
Grease your loaf pan and put parchment paper on the bottom and sides then add your mixture then put it in the oven
Step 6/6
- chopped almond
After 20 minutes add chopped almonds
