Chocolate and pear cake

- 37½ g flour
- 40 g butter

Mix the butter and flour until they look like bread crumbs
Step 2/8
- ⅜ tsp baking powder
- 25 g ground almonds
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
Add the ground almonds, baking powder and vanilla extract
Step 3/8
- 35 g caster sugar
Add the sugar
Step 4/8
- ½ eggs
- cooking spoon
Break the eggs and mix with the spoon
Step 5/8
Chop the chocolate and 2 pears gently fold the mixture
Step 6/8
- 12½ g Dark chocolate
Pour the mixture in a greased baking pan
Step 7/8
- ¾ pears
- baking pan (9x5 in.)
Slice the last pear and put it on the mixture
Step 8/8
Bake for 55 minutes 160 C
