"The salad is designed for a picnic, but is also delicious with a barbecue. This recipe is easy to prepare, the amount of ingredients isn’t critical and is easy to adjust to your liking. For example try peach instead of mango. Or add a few drops of sushi vinegar."

fresh ginger

lime juice

Step 1/1
- 1 mango (ripe)
- 1 stalk leek
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 spring union
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 4 g fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 2 heads baby leaf lettuce
- 5 dashes lime juice
- 200 g chicken breast cooked and cooled
- cutting board
- knife
- bowl
- salad servers
Cut all ingredients into appropriate pieces. Grate the garlic and the ginger. Toss everything together and add the juice from the lime. Toss again.
