Butter Cookies

Step 1/4

• ½ flour
• 250 g butter
• egg
• confectioner’s sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp baking powder

Mix all together until it is a smooth dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 1h.

Step 2/4

Roll out the dough until it is 2mm thick. Use a ‚cookie-cutter‘ to make very special cookies. :)

Step 3/4

Put the cookies on a baking sheet and bake them for 7 min 180degree celsius in the oven.

Step 4/4

Hmmmm finish :) Enjoy them with a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate or tee...
