tomato paste1 scoop
water

sunflower oilStep 1/4
- 1 fried onion
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
cut the onion into square pieces put them in the pan with the oil
Step 2/4
- 3 tomatoes
add the tomatoes leave them for a minute
Step 3/4
- 1½ scoops bulgur (for thickening)
add the bulgur
Step 4/4
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 scoop water
add the tomato paste with the water
